By accessing and using CitoHR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service.

Permission is granted to access and use CitoHR ("the Service") as a web-based software-as-a-service platform. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Service

CitoHR is provided as a subscription-based service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable subscription fees in advance
  • Maintain valid payment information on your account
  • Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Accept that we may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice
  • Recognize that access to the Service will be suspended if payment is not received

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of CitoHR is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on CitoHR are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall CitoHR or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on CitoHR could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.
